The Challenge
Aaron Martin is an LMFT in San Francisco who helps gay men get out of the anxious spiral. He's been quoted in the Los Angeles Times, and his own story is a big part of why clients choose him. But his website wasn't putting any of that to work. The homepage opened with "Hey, I'm Aaron," and his services lived in short blog posts that Google showed 207 times in a year without a single click.
In twelve months the site earned 118 clicks from Google, and nearly every one came from someone already searching his name. There was no way for new clients to find him.

What We Did
Aaron chose our Audit & Refresh. We started with a full audit: a year of his Google Analytics and Search Console data, a page-by-page review, a look at the therapists ranking ahead of him, and booking a consultation the way a new client would. Then we rebuilt the parts that mattered most.
A homepage that opens with the visitor. We rewrote and rebuilt it around the person he wants to reach, with a headline that names what that person is living with and a booking button front and center.
Three new service pages built for search. Anxiety therapy for gay men, a queer therapist in San Francisco, and individual therapy, each written around the phrases his clients actually search, with a clear path to booking.
An About page that tells his story. His background, his training, his license and his press, finally on his own site.
Clean SEO under the hood. We retired the old pages with redirects so no link breaks, and wrote titles and descriptions for every page. We added alt text, put his fees and insurance in plain text, and set up a file that helps AI search tools read the site.
A way to measure it. The site had no way to tell whether anyone clicked to book. We set up booking-click tracking in Google Analytics and captured a pre-launch baseline so we can show what changes.
We kept his blue, his fonts and his logo, and warmed the backgrounds with a soft cream so the site feels less clinical.

The Outcome
Aaron's site now speaks to the person he most wants to help before it talks about him. Every service has its own page built to be found by people who've never heard his name, each one leads straight to booking, and for the first time each booking click is counted and traced back to the page that sent it. Aaron said the finished site looks and sounds like him, not someone else.
