Heal with Fil

The Challenge

Filip Velimirovic runs Heal with Fil, offering 1:1 healing sessions over Zoom using Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting. Their clients are often people who have already tried therapy, books and yoga and still feel stuck. Filip planned to rebuild their website themself, but needed the words and the design first: a homepage and About page that explained what makes their work different and sounded like them, compassionate, clear and bold without being harsh.

Their clients weren’t failed by the tools. They were failed by people who had never been where they are.

What We Did

We wrote and designed Filip’s homepage and About page, then handed over everything they needed to build the site.

  • Copy built on their own story. StoryBrand copy for the homepage and About page, drawn from Filip’s questionnaire and their own words, and revised together over several rounds.

  • A design brief. Voice, audience, page structure, calls to action and a “gentle boldness” visual direction for the designer.

  • Two design directions. A minimalist version and an organic, curved version in Figma; Filip chose the curves, with illustrations for IFS and Brainspotting.

  • Desktop and mobile designs. Final layouts for both pages at both sizes, with a “Book a call” button throughout.

  • A clean handoff. The working Figma file and a folder of exported assets, ready for development.

The Outcome

Filip built the site themself from our files, and it’s now live at healwithfil.com. The live homepage follows the design section by section, from the hero and the “You’ve been carrying this alone for too long” section to the process, the methods and the closing call to action.

In Short

A trauma healer got a homepage and About page written in their voice and designed in Figma, then built the site themself from our files.
