The Challenge
Kris Domingo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who now works only in John Barnes Myofascial Release, with an office in Berkeley and sessions in Huntington Beach. Her old site was a single page under "Kris Domingo, PT": long, technical paragraphs about fascia, human and horse clients side by side, and little about the people she helps most, capable adults in chronic pain who have tried everything else. Most of her clients find her on Google or through referrals, so the website has to do the convincing.
She needed a site that makes a private-pay session feel like the obvious next step for someone who's tried everything else.

What We Did
We rebuilt the site from a single page into a full practice website, written and designed to turn visitors into booked sessions.
Structure built for booking. We planned the pages around the questions a new client asks: Home, About, What Is Myofascial Release, Sessions, FAQ and Contact, plus a Results page ready to switch on.
StoryBrand homepage copy. The homepage opens with the reader's frustration ("You're functioning. But you're not thriving."), then introduces Kris as the guide and lays out a simple three-step plan.
Plain-language MFR. We rewrote the technical explanation so a first-time visitor understands what fascia is, why other treatment can plateau, and what a session feels like.
Premium, confident tone. Copy that states the price plainly and explains the value, for clients choosing private-pay care.
Custom design and build. A custom Squarespace design using Kris's existing brand, with booking buttons linked straight to her scheduling system.
Search and launch. Redirects from the old page links, Google Analytics and Search Console, a sitemap submitted to Google, a privacy policy, and training recordings so Kris can edit the site herself.

The Outcome
Kris now has a calm, professional site that speaks to her ideal client from the first line, explains her work in plain language, and puts a booking button on every page. Links to the old page now redirect to the new ones, so existing search traffic still lands in the right place.
