Sage Green
Sectors: Bay Area Architecture Firm
Services: Squarespace | Full Website Rebuild
The Challenge
Sage Green is a Bay Area-based architecture firm specializing in sustainable design and green building. But until recently, their online presence didn’t reflect that. Their old website was a basic Google Sites page with a logo, a photo, and some contact info — no real content, no SEO, and no way to showcase the depth or quality of their work.
It wasn’t just out of date. It was actively working against them.
They needed a site that not only looked professional but helped potential clients understand who they are, what they do, and why it matters.
What We Did
This was a full website rebuild from the ground up. We moved them to Squarespace and designed a digital home that feels as thoughtful and grounded as their work.
Here’s what we focused on:
Built a custom site structure to highlight their services, firm leadership, and values
Designed a branded visual system that reflects their focus on sustainability and green building
Created a searchable project database so they can easily share past work with prospective clients
Wrote and structured copy to sound professional and approachable, without being overly formal
Implemented SEO best practices to help the site show up in search and support their growth

The Outcome
Sage Green now has an online presence that matches the quality of their work. The site looks professional, communicates clearly, and gives them a place to send clients instead of relying on static PDFs. It’s clean, functional, and aligned with their values — and finally positions them as the experienced architecture firm they are.
In Short
A full redesign that turned an outdated placeholder site into a professional, client-ready portfolio for a growing green architecture firm.
